2019 Revaluation: Residential Data

Included on this page are more details on how various types of residential properties changed their valuation during the 2019 revaluation. This data provides an interesting perspective on market conditions, but it should be noted that the rate of change from 2018 to 2019 doesn't necessarily reveal any useful information on the validity of any particular new valuation, because what matters in considering a new valuation is:

  1. Whether the property is valued in a similar manner as similar properties, and
  2. Whether the assessed valuation reflects the approximate the market value of poperty.

If you are concerned your property's new valuation is incorrect, please visit the residential property review page for more information on the options available for correcting the valuation. For additional data on the revaluation results, see page 2 of the residential data.
