ORDINANCE NO. 1252-2002

BOND ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS OF THE CITY OF CAPE MAY, IN THE COUNTY OF CAPE MAY, NEW JERSEY, APPROPRIATING THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF $1,400,000 THEREFORE AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $1,330,000 BONDS OR NOTES OF THE CITY TO FINANCE PART OF THE COST THEREOF

A) Raffle License for Star of the Sea Church, drawing to be held at the Parish Hall 525 Washington Street, Cape May, on October 26, 2002 at 9:00 p.m. Fees Paid. (Prize – 2002 Mercedes C-240 at a value of $33,135.00.
